Collaboration accross teams
We work closely with almost all teams at Shopware - from Product & Tech to Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and People & Culture. Together, we design contracts, processes, and policies that are legally robust and move the business forward. Transparency and open communication are at the heart of how we collaborate.

Our working style is well organized without being bureaucratic. We use modern tools, digital workflows, and clear processes to make complex issues understandable. Artificial intelligence & digital law
Whether it’s AI features in our software, platform topics, or new regulatory frameworks: we support product development from a legal perspective, assess opportunities and risks, and translate complex requirements into practical guidelines for our teams.
Fair use & compliance policies
We develop and update internal policies – for example, on fair use of our products, collaboration with partners, or handling of data. In doing so, we ensure that our growth is aligned with legal requirements and our own values.
